We sell digital services, so our refund terms follow the European Union’s consumer protection standards. In full:
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of the initial agreement, without giving any reason. To exercise it, contact our support team within that 14-day period and we will start the process.
Services used before withdrawal
If you ask us to begin work inside the 14-day window and later cancel, you are charged a pro-rata fee for the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.
Exceptions
For contracts involving online digital content, the right of withdrawal expires once delivery has started at your request and with your acknowledgment that the right is forfeited. The same applies to brokerage, audits and management contracts.
Refund process
Where you are eligible, we process the request within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise with you explicitly.
Information provision
We aim to be clear about services, prices and this policy. Should we fail to inform you about the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period may be extended by up to 12 months.
Deductions from refunds
For service contracts we may deduct an amount in proportion to the work provided up to your cancellation. Where the value of what was provided has been reduced, for example through usage, we may deduct an appropriate amount, provided this was stated upfront.
