Reputation Repair
A bad first page of search results is a commercial problem before it is anything else. Buyers read reviews, partners run a quick search before a call, and one angry post from two years ago can cost you deals you never hear about. Reputation Repair is the work of getting that page back under control: removing what can be removed, and burying what cannot.
What we take down
Most of what damages a brand online sits in a handful of predictable places, and we work all of them.
- Negative and fake reviews on Google, Yelp and Trustpilot
- Videos posted about you or your business, on YouTube, TikTok and elsewhere
- Comments, threads and posts across forums and social platforms
- Articles carrying claims that do not stand up
- Images and personal details published without your consent
- Old results that are accurate but no longer relevant
How a removal actually happens
There is no single button. Every platform has its own rules, its own reporting routes and its own idea of what crosses the line. The difference between a removal and a rejection is usually knowing which argument to make, and who to make it to.
We start by auditing what is actually out there, because clients are rarely aware of all of it. Then each item gets a route: a policy violation report where the content breaks the platform’s own rules, a legal route where it is defamatory or published without consent, and direct contact with the publisher where neither applies. Every submission is tracked, and the ones that stall get escalated rather than forgotten.
When something will not come down
Some content is legitimate, and no amount of pressure will remove it. We will tell you that rather than bill you for attempts that were never going to work.
What we do instead is push it off the page people actually read. That means building and strengthening the properties that should rank for your name: your own site, your profiles, press coverage, and content worth finding. Page two is, for most purposes, invisible.
Staying clean afterwards
Reputation is not a one time fix. Once the first page looks the way you want it, we can keep watching your name and your brand and flag new material as it appears, rather than months later once it has settled into the rankings. Most clients who have been through a bad stretch take this.
What it costs
Pricing starts at 1,000 USD. The figure depends on how much there is, where it sits, and how hard the host is to move. A single review on a cooperative platform is not the same job as a video on a channel with an audience and a grudge, so we quote the case in front of us rather than reading from a list.
Send us the links, or just your name and we will find them. You will get an honest read on what can come down, what cannot, and what each part costs, before anything starts. Talk to us.
