Update – Services have been restored.
We are currently experiencing a DNS-level outage that affects access to SWAPD. Visitors may encounter errors such as “This site can’t be reached” or “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.”
What Happened
After a recent domain update, the delegation that connects our domain name to the global internet registry has stopped functioning correctly. In simple terms, the registry responsible for directing browsers to our website no longer recognizes our domain’s location.
Our infrastructure, servers, and Cloudflare configuration are all operational. However, the registry is not properly forwarding requests to our DNS provider. This means the problem exists at the domain delegation level, not within our hosting or application environment.
What We Are Doing
We have identified the cause and confirmed that it cannot be corrected from our side. The registry update must be performed by our domain provider’s technical team. We have contacted them repeatedly and are waiting for their action to restore the connection between the registry and our DNS servers.
Once this update is applied, SWAPD will automatically return online. No user action is required.
